• The Return will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. In case the payment was made by check, then the issuance of a Return check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.

• You must inform us within 10 days of the product shipment to proceed with your Return request.
• The returned product must be accompanied by a valid RMA number attained from our customer service team.

3. Return Limitations:

• Handling and shipping fees are non-Returnable. Only the original purchase price of the product(s) will be Returned.
• Any coupons or promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the Return amount.
• All Returns are only valid for the returned items and do not cover any additional products or services.

• You will be responsible to pay the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part.
